Very good experience with Tom as my real estate agent. Straightforward and a realistic view of the matter. Very honest and critical, which is also necessary in my opinion. What struck me immediately was his enthusiasm. Not only during the initial meeting but also towards potential buyers of my home. Good feedback and guidance. Even when it wasn't contractually required. Such as contacting his network to find a rental property (for my son). So if you're unsure between real estate agents, I can say from personal experience that I was very pleased and pleasantly surprised with Tom from Dichtbij Vastgoed as my real estate agent. No surprises, honest and straight to the point. Once again, my thanks to Tom for the very pleasant cooperation during a stressful period.
