Zeer recent onze woning verkocht via Dichtbij Vastgoed, Tom van Houtem. Onze woning is binnen een paar dagen verkocht. Tom is een energieke makelaar die passie heeft voor zijn vak, hij heeft geen 9-17 uur mentaliteit (ook tijdens zijn vakantie was hij voor ons bereikbaar). Hij geeft goede tips/adviezen, is eerlijk en denkt met je mee. Kortom wij zijn tevreden!

Fijne makelaar. Communicatie verloopt voornamelijk via whatsapp wat erg snel en prettig is. Natuurlijk is Tom ook telefonisch bereikbaar. Met vragen kan je zeker bij hem terecht. Hij geeft zo snel mogelijk antwoord. Ben je opzoek naar een makelaar die dichtbij je staat, kies dan voor Dichtbij vastgoed..

Tom takes his time for viewings; we have experienced at other agencies that you often get little time to look around, as if buying a loaf of bread, forcing you to make quick decisions.
