I handed over the sale to Pascal and from that moment on had virtually no activities of my own regarding the sale of the apartment. Pascal compiled all the information, listed it on funda, and found a buyer at fair price on the very first day,... The viewing and handover were also in good hands with him and as a seller from Germany I felt absolutely safe, problem-free, and comfortable. Samen met mijn vriend ons eerste huis samen gekocht. We mochten het huis gaan bezichtigen die ons het meeste aansprak, wat een geluk! Hier kregen we de rondleiding van Jo, een fantastische man! De rondleiding was fijn en voelde vertrouwd. Na wat advies en tips van Jo hebben we een bod gedaan die geaccepteerd werd, we konden ons geluk niet op! Niet veel later samen met Tom ons huis in de verkoop gezet, ook dit verliep super en voelde vertrouwd. Het huis was binnen een week verkocht! Wij zijn zeer tevreden over Dichtbij vastgoed, zeker een aanrader!
