Ik ben totaal niet te spreken over Tom van Houtem, Dichtbij Vastgoed. Hij heeft mijn woning te goedkoop op de markt gezet, terwijl ik naar hem geopperd heb een iets hogere prijs aan te houden. Hij heeft hier totaal niet op geacteerd.Ook heeft hij mij totaal niet betrokken bij de verkoop van mijn woning. Als ik om een persoonlijk gesprek vroeg omdat ik iets niet begreep en ik bijgepraat wilde worden, gaf hij geen thuis. Ik ben hier zo ontzettend kwaad om. Tevens heeft hij mij aangeboden "zwart" voor mij te willen werken de aankoop van een nieuwe woning aangaande, ik wist niet wat ik hoorde.....!!!Ik adviseer eenieder om niet met deze makelaar in zee te gaan. Hij probeert verkopers op een slinkse wijze te manipuleren!!!!
