Eindelijk een makelaar die niet vanuit een luie stoel alles regelt, hij blijft voor je het vuur uit zijn sloffen rennen om een koper te vinden en alles in goede banen te lijden. Vorige makelaar kreeg het voor elkaar om drie bezichtigingen te regelen in 3 jaar en bij deze makelaar bord uithangen en de andere dag een koper en verkocht. Tot aan notaris alles geregeld hoefde alleen vragen te beantwoorden de rest deed hij.

Persoonlijk, betrokken en professionele makelaar. De lijntjes zijn kort en de prijskwaliteitverhouding is meer dan goed. Wij hadden niet de standaard situatie. In onze woning zaten nog huurders, voordat het verkocht werd. Tom heeft dit allemaal netjes afgestemd. Ben je opzoek naar een betrouwbare makelaar dan is Tom zeker de moeite waard om uit te nodigen.
