After a search with dramatic experiences, we came into contact with Tom through real estate agents and found him to be rightly driven, involved, and trustworthy. We almost immediately connected with the first house but for the second one, Tom arranged everything on the day of viewing and even below the asking price!! That was something we did not expect in this market. All I can do here is praise him as a (purchase) real estate agent. Thanks again Tom, Silvain & Linda 👍👍 Note: Think twice before being referred to Andre Feijs for finances. We only had trouble and problems with him that were not resolved by them. A nice story but total amateurs.

We had asked Tom for an evaluation of the value of our home. Tom gives open and honest advice with a personal approach. He has a good understanding of the matter and knows how to accurately assess the property's worth. Tom comes across as enthusiastic and communicates pleasantly. A refreshing change from real estate agents at other (large) agencies we had here, where you are just another customer number. They provide nothing more than assembly-line work with a one-size-fits-all approach, letting a formula dictate without considering surroundings or location. Everything is geared towards selling as quickly as possible and moving on to the next client. That's different with Tom. He takes all the time he needs for his clients and does that extra bit others leave undone. We can only wholeheartedly recommend Tom!!
