I don't quite understand why it's not made known on Funda if there is already an ongoing negotiation or that the house has been sold

"Geachte mevrouw van der Bijl, hartelijk dank voor uw reactie. Zodra we in onderhandeling zijn is het wel zo netjes om de onderhandelingen met de huidige partij goed af te ronden alvorens met een nieuwe gegadigde in onderhandeling te treden. De status op Funda veranderen heeft een bepaalde tijd nodig om aan te passen. Het is ons niet geheel duidelijk waar wij de lage review aan te danken hebben, aangezien wij de transactie zo netjes mogelijk proberen af te ronden. U zou toch ook niets minder verwachten van uw verkopend makelaar?"
