Review
Good real estate agent, easy to reach. The property had a specific selling feature. He advised us (among others) to remove the business designation and get a small BOPA on the outbuilding. This gave it another designation, namely living, and we got more requests for viewings. Ultimately sold within a year. Seems long but since we were already working with another agent for 3 years, it's relatively short. The property has a large outbuilding and therefore not easy to sell.
