The real estate agent helped us extremely well and did what had been agreed upon beforehand. They made a clear and realistic assessment of the process. We found it important to sell quickly, and the real estate agent anticipated this well with the asking price and honest information for potential buyers. For us, it was also important that there would be a 'win-win' situation, where the buyer would also get a good deal, which worked out perfectly - thanks to the commitment of the real estate agent. We and the buyers are very happy.

As a buyer's agent, Rens was clear, thoughtful, consulted with us well, and gave us excellent advice. Initially doubting whether we needed a buyer's agent, we are very glad that we asked for Rens' help; otherwise, we would have overbid significantly more than necessary. As a seller's agent, he is also great: he takes his time with you, clearly explains why he wants to put the house on the market at this price, can sell a house well, and sees the positive aspects. Communication could sometimes have been better; if you have questions, it’s best to call rather than wait for a response. We also found contact with Rosanne very pleasant.

Na ons huis toch niet te hebben verkocht zonder makelaar hebben we Entree makelaars Wijk bij Duurstede ingeschakeld om ons huis te koop aan te bieden. Snel werd er actie ondernomen omdat we al bezig waren met een ander huis. Snel een goede fotograaf ingeschakeld maar achteraf bleek dit toch niet nodig te zijn geweest voordat het huis op Funda zou komen is het huis heel snel verkocht, TOP Rens en Rosanne (werkplek2 :)). Ook hadden wij nog een bedrijfspand wat wij huurde en dit is ook tot in de puntjes snel geregeld door Entree. In 1 woord over Entree TOP.
