We highly recommend Wouter as a purchasing agent. Wouter skillfully thought along with us from the orientation and negotiation strategy to the key handover. He handles everything and doesn't overlook anything in the process. We were really 'de-stressed' during the purchase journey. Besides being professional when necessary, Wouter is also extremely sympathetic and always cheerful. He responded quickly whenever we had another question. By now, we are proud owners of an apartment in the heart of Amsterdam and look back on the entire purchasing process with a very positive feeling.
