"Hello Mihaela, I don't know why I'm getting this low rating from you? I met with you twice in the evening outside of office hours, and I helped you provide all the necessary information to rent a property. The owner ultimately decided not to rent to you. As an agent, there's little more I could do... it's unfortunate that you rate me/us for this?"
