A very nice and open real estate agent who immediately gives you a good and familiar feeling. Thinks along with you, can anticipate very well in unusual or unpleasant situations (such as a divorce sale), and helps you through everything. The realtor was well informed about the market value and thus we could quickly agree on a selling price. Everything went very smoothly. The promise that the house would be sold within 2 months also came true. The contact itself went well. The office is not always open during business hours, but with one message appointments were made quickly.
