What an excellent real estate agent! Everything was arranged from day one with good and clear terms. A lot of market knowledge and no nonsense talk. Julian and his team we can really recommend. The first meeting went quickly, and there was already a clear plan of action on the table right away; they also work with a professional photographer who made truly beautiful photos of our house. The same goes for the sales folder, which is an addition to the already super service. All in all, we are very happy with the attention and knowledge from Flevopand real estate agents. There were so many interested parties that there were two viewing days. Julian had no voice left! Contact was made via a group app with Julian and Tamara, which was very pleasant for easily discussing the progress or asking questions. This agency also has the slogan: 'Just a little different' and that was noticeable in our case as well. In short, we highly recommend this agency!

Fijn makelaarskantoor zonder poespas en met transparante kosten die niet de spuigaten uit loopt t.o.v andere kantoren. Ons huis is binnen 2 weken verkocht. Er waren zoveel gegadigden dat er twee kijkdagen waren. Julian had geen stem meer over! Contact verliep via een groepsapp met Julian en Tamara, wat heel prettig was om zo makkelijk de gang van zaken door te spreken of vragen te stellen. Dit kantoor heeft ook de slogan: "Net even anders" en dat was ook in ons geval te merken. Kortom, wij raden dit kantoor dan ook ten zeerste aan!
