I can actually not answer the first two questions well because I do not have local market knowledge myself and also no expertise in the field of real estate. But he came across clearly, decisively, and resolutely. The service and guidance were excellent. Questions were answered very quickly, even outside office hours. We are very satisfied. Price/quality: On the one hand, it was earned quickly because the sale went smoothly and effortlessly, on the other hand, the percentage had been agreed upon beforehand so it is rightfully his and we wholeheartedly wish him well with it.
