From my company, I have collaborated with Kim several times during the sales preparation of a property. What immediately stands out is her determination and feel for the profession. She acts quickly, communicates clearly, and knows exactly what is needed to put a property on the market effectively. Kim has an eye for detail as well as the big picture. She takes care of a lot for her clients and really takes work off their hands, including things you don't normally expect from a real estate agent.
