Contact has always been exceptionally pleasant. From the first moment there was a connection with Ruud de Wilde, which was an important reason for choosing Kleurrijk. The house was put on the market at a very good (and as it later turned out also realistic) price. Viewings were always planned well in advance and by mutual agreement. Emails were always responded to quickly, partly thanks to Manon from the Interior Department. And when I started to worry a bit, Ruud managed to keep calm. The house was ultimately sold above the asking price.
