Outstanding customer service. It almost went wrong with the transfer at the notary (the real estate agent could not have helped that), but it worked out thanks to the real estate agent. Really a recommendation.

Have the valuation carried out. A whole real and honest valuation. Very satisfied with it. That should be enough in itself for 5 stars. But when I mentioned where we needed the valuation for, he also gave me a lot of unsolicited advice, something that the agent 'has nothing to gain from' if I do or don't follow his way. So he really did it just to think along with us. The passion for the profession/entrepreneurship was evident. Really a very nice man who takes an extra step, even though he has nothing to gain from it himself. If I ever need an agent again, I know where to go!

We have had a very bad experience with Kleurrijk real estate agents. We therefore will never buy a house that is for sale via Kleurrijk again.
