The contact was very pleasant from the start. The real estate agent and his office were well reachable. You could also just walk in without an appointment. Questions were answered well and quickly. The real estate agent thought along and even helped with the purchase of my new house. And when the real estate agent himself was not present, you were equally well assisted by his colleague and secretary. I am very satisfied with the services provided at a reasonable price.

Contact has always been exceptionally pleasant. From the first moment there was a connection with Ruud de Wilde, which was an important reason for choosing Kleurrijk. The house was put on the market at a very good (and as it later turned out also realistic) price. Viewings were always planned well in advance and by mutual agreement. Emails were always responded to quickly, partly thanks to Manon from the Interior Department. And when I started to worry a bit, Ruud managed to keep calm. The house was ultimately sold above the asking price.

Have the valuation carried out. A whole real and honest valuation. Very satisfied with it. That should be enough in itself for 5 stars. But when I mentioned where we needed the valuation for, he also gave me a lot of unsolicited advice, something that the agent 'has nothing to gain from' if I do or don't follow his way. So he really did it just to think along with us. The passion for the profession/entrepreneurship was evident. Really a very nice man who takes an extra step, even though he has nothing to gain from it himself. If I ever need an agent again, I know where to go!

Outstanding customer service. It almost went wrong with the transfer at the notary (the real estate agent could not have helped that), but it worked out in the end thanks to the real estate agent. Really a recommendation.
