Unfortunately, a negative experience with colorful real estate agents. By having the valuation done here for the purchase of a home, we either had to pay an additional 10,000 euros or have another paid valuation done by another party because the first valuation was not realistic. Unfortunately, we therefore had to incur extra costs, which we could have prevented by not choosing colorful real estate agents.
