We were very well guided by Vinod from kleurrijkmakelaars during our purchase process. Our search began in June 2024. After viewing several houses, we finally found our dream home in July. Vinod accompanied us on the viewing and gave us a lot of information about the property. After the viewing, we decided to make an offer on the house. Vinod then did everything for us and together we came up with a price that we should bid to be able to buy the house. A week after submitting our offer, we were informed that it had been accepted. The process thereafter of going through the purchase agreement, signing, technical inspection until the day of transfer was guided by Vinod very well and he took a lot of stress away from us. A big 10+++ for the purchase guidance.

Very pleasant contact, almost always reachable and otherwise I was called back or messaged as soon as possible. All my questions were well answered. Regarding negotiations, I received good tips, but ultimately negotiation was not necessary for the purchase I made (property purchase guarantee), so I can't fully judge it, hence an 8. I found the price a bit high, but I don't know how this compares to other real estate agents
