We waren op zoek naar een makelaar voor de aankoop van een nieuwe én de verkoop van onze huidige woning. Op basis van reviews Kleurrijk Makelaars uitgemodigd. Dit was vanaf het eerste contact een hele positieve ervaring. Duidelijke afspraken over de werkwijze en tarieven vooraf, goed te bereiken bij vragen en actief meedenkend. Bij het aankooptraject heeft Ruud ons begeleid, bij de verkoop Ruud en Vinod. Met het advies van Ruud verliep het aankooptraject soepel, de onderhandelingen waren snel afgerond. De verkoop van ons eigen huis liep geweldig. Zowel Ruud als Vinod waren erg enthousiast over onze woning en wisten dat ook over te brengen op de potentiële kopers. De fotograaf en videograaf die zij hebben ingeschakeld hebben ons huis prachtig gepresenteerd. Vanaf de publicatie op Funda liep het storm, 16 bezichtigingen in een week. De door Kleurrijk voorgestelde strategie werkte goed en we hebben ons huis binnen twee weken verkocht! Ik raad Kleurrijk Makelaars dan ook van harte aan voor begeleiding bij de aankoop en/of verkoop van uw woning!

If you are staying abroad, it is a pleasant thought that your house is for sale with a reliable party.
