Definitely worth 5 stars. After several failed attempts with other real estate agents, we came to colorful, and this suited us very well. We were helped by Vinod, who took the time for us, explained everything calmly to us, and did not come across as pushy at all. Thank you for the incredibly good help. Have the valuation carried out. A whole real and honest valuation. Very satisfied with it. That should be enough in itself for 5 stars. But when I mentioned where we needed the valuation for, he also gave me a lot of unsolicited advice, something that the agent 'has nothing to gain from' if I do or don't follow his way. So he really did it just to think along with us. The passion for the profession/entrepreneurship was evident. Really a very nice man who takes an extra step, even though he has nothing to gain from it himself. If I ever need an agent again, I know where to go!
