We used the purchase real estate agent service of Makelaarscentrum when buying our new home. From the moment we started working with Rob, our purchase real estate agent, he has been in very close contact with us throughout this process. We always got answers to our questions on the same day and he managed to be present at our house viewings, even when it was on very short notice. His knowledge and his network of contacts in the area gave us very good information about the houses we were bidding on. He has good interpersonal skills and he handled the relationship with the real estate agent on the seller's side very well. The second house that we offered with him, we won (the first one was also a close call). I recommend his purchase real estate agent service, and I would work with him again from day one if I were to buy a new house in the Leidschendam/Leidschenveen area in the future.

"Beste Erman&Ezgi, bedankt dat ik u kon helpen bij het kopen van het juiste onroerend goed nadat ik elkaar vaak had gezien...;-). Het is een prachtige plek, overal dichtbij en je kunt er gemakkelijk wonen. Ik hoor van je zodra de huidige plek op de markt moet, maar geen haast...tijd genoeg. Tot binnenkort en dan wij 🥂 😉 …"
