Rob Verhoeven is een zeer competente makelaar met heel veel lokale kennis van de markt. Mede dankzij hem is het gelukt om ons huis (in deze dalende prijzen periode) boven de vraagprijs te verkopen! Ja, echt geweldig. Alles is goed voor elkaar en zeer professioneel. Zijn fotograaf heeft meest fantastische foto's gemaakt van het huis (ondanks de winter periode) en het beste laten schitteren. Een uitstekende prestatie voor een prima prijs! We hebben zeker 8 verschillende makelaars voor een gesprek en offerte over de vloer gehad; hij sprong er boven uit. Beloftes zijn 100% vervuld. Zeer aan te bevelen!
