Onprofessionele en arrogante makelaar. Mijn partner en ik hebben in eerste instantie een bezichtiging aangevraagd bij een woning in hun aanbod. Kregen daarbij een mail terug met o.a. de volgende reactie: " Volledigheidshalve kunnen wij u melden dat er weinig onderhandelingsruimte is ten opzichte van de vraagprijs van € XXX.XXX k.k.' (Ok, dat kunnen we nog begrijpen) Alleen indien u serieus geïnteresseerd bent in deze prijscategorie, is het zinvol om de woning aan de binnenzijde te komen bezichtigen. (??) Graag vernemen wij per omgaande of u dit kijkmoment wel/niet kunt bijwonen!!" (Hier zijn wij afgehaakt als potentiële kopers) Deze reactie gepaard met het incomplete bouwkundig rapport (0 euro kosten bij zaken zoals vochtschade, funderingsproblemen en insectenschade) gaven ons geen vertrouwen in de betrouwbaarheid en professionaliteit van deze makelaar.

The office was very easy to reach, the communication was extremely clear and scheduling viewings always went through good consultation where they actively thought along with us. Mar-Cella was our purchasing agent, but the entire team worked hard during our search. In short, a very positive experience!
