Hoewel ik uiteindelijk niet via Woonhuis Makelaardij heb gekocht, heb ik meerdere bezichtigingen met Niek gedaan en daar kijk ik heel positief op terug. Niek is eerlijk, denkt goed mee en communiceert snel en duidelijk. Wat ik vooral waardeerde, is dat hij me soms bewust uit mijn comfortzone haalde om breder te kijken dan ik zelf misschien in eerste instantie zou doen. Professioneel en prettig in de omgang — een makelaar die echt met je meedenkt.
