Since its establishment in 2003, WOONHUIS Makelaardij has secured a firm position on the local housing market. Lutgard Koolen started the office and in 2015, Niek van den Branden joined as a registered Real Estate Agent-Assessor. Early 2022, Niek took full control of the helm. The office is primarily active in Woensdrecht and surrounding areas such as Hoogerheide, Huijbergen, Ossendrecht, and Putte, and also offers services in neighboring municipalities like Bergen op Zoom, Reimerswaal, and Roosendaal.
