Very disappointed with this real estate agent. When you plan a viewing for 12:00 and then enter to find people who have viewings at 11:30/11:45 and 12:15, it already shows how professional this agent is. And when you're inside and the clown immediately starts asking if you want to make an offer while you've just entered and are walking into the living room, in my eyes you're nothing more than a petty wheedler trying to get everything out of the pot. That's why I give only one star and that is still too much for this worthless real estate agent!

Hoomz (Coen) helped me both with the sale of my old home and with the purchase of my new home. Coen managed to sell my old home quickly and at the best deal possible. It was great having all communication, negotiations, and dealings with the opposing buyer's agent go through him so I didn't have to worry about it. I still don't understand why more people don't work with a purchasing agent. The purchase of our new house also went fantastically. With the right negotiation tactics, we were able to buy under the assessed value and this deal was also quickly finalized. In short, I can really recommend Coen and his team wholeheartedly.
