Times are changing and many people are looking for an alternative approach, something that fits their unique needs. That's why we started Something Different Estate Agents in the summer of 2015.

Enthusiasm, assertiveness and friendliness are characteristics that define our organization. We are a close-knit team with a proactive attitude. Every day, we have lunch together at a set table in our home-like building in Aalten. Since we are not fans of rigid patterns and believe in the uniqueness of each house and seller, we offer a personal approach. We love people, houses, and creating surprising moments that make our clients smile. Our secret to success is doing ordinary things extraordinarily well.
