Very pleasant contact with the real estate agent who took his time to explain the entire selling process at our home. The selling process and viewings went very well too. Plenty of time was scheduled for the viewings, allowing visitors to look around extensively and come back a second time if desired. Signing the (provisional) purchase contract at the real estate agent's office was lovely and cozy; the agent took all the time needed to explain the contract thoroughly while we enjoyed a cup of coffee with an apple pie.
