Something else, the broker is so service-oriented and considerate regarding both purchase and sale. During a sale, they first hire a stylist before taking photos, then run an extensive social media campaign, and provide good guidance until the notary appointment. For purchases, they offer good advice on the house to be bought and during the bidding process. All this for a reasonable fee. Irish another broker is truly a service-oriented broker and recommended.
