Top makelaars, doen wat ze zeggen, denken met je mee, de contacten met kantoor waren heel plezierig. Ze schakelen snel en regelen dingen meteen. De verkoop van je huis is normaal gesproken stressvol maar de Iets Anders Makelaars maken er een feestje van zowel voor verkoper als koper. Ons huis was heel snel verkocht. Wij zouden deze makelaar zeker aanraden!

Appointment made for viewing an apartment in Ruurlo. The asking price was almost 2 tons. Bids for a specific date based on a closed bidding system. Data requested to also be able to view MJOP, etc. It cost a lot of effort, one did not normally do this in advance. Nevertheless, more data requested regarding the duty to disclose information. Part of this was received, but an important part was not as well. Therefore, additional data requested. Shortly before the viewing time, contacted by the real estate agency, stating that they could only send it after parts were anonymized and that cost a lot of time. They had privacy high on their agenda. Subsequently, it was reported that bids up to 2.5 tons had already been received: apparently that was not sensitive privacy information. In short, I got the impression that they were not waiting for me and that attempts had been made to prevent me from bidding. However, that has succeeded: I have absolutely no more trust in this real estate agent. It's clearly something different going on than what is supposed to! I hope the sellers get the mentioned price for the apartment, but I have my doubts.

Gezien de reis die jij moet afleggen voordat je bij het appartement bent wilden we je eerlijk informeren over welke richting de biedingen op gingen (zonder namen en prijzen te noemen, dus volgens de richtlijnen), in de veronderstelling dat je dit zou kunnen waarderen. Niet om jou te weerhouden van het uitbrengen van een bod, maar zodat je kon overwegen of je het de moeite waard vond om de reis richting de Achterhoek en ook de bezichtiging door te laten gaan. We hopen dat je snel een ander, passend appartement vindt, en je bent uiteraard altijd welkom om via ons een bezichtiging in te plannen!"
