Absolutely Something Different these real estate agents! In one word: fantastic. Professional advice, beautiful photos and video. The contact with Jan Willem was fantastic. Really took the time for viewings, and afterwards quick communication about them. We heartily recommend Something Different. For us it was a very good choice.

A pleasant collaboration with someone familiar to me. Short lines and truly 'something different'! Fast, flexible, market-oriented. Open to your own texts & photo contributions of your home, which was very important to me. Some people are still in training, but they will soon ensure the knowledge and experience of their older colleagues.

Very pleasant contact with the real estate agent who took his time to explain the entire selling process at our home. The selling process and viewings went very well too. Plenty of time was scheduled for the viewings, allowing visitors to look around extensively and come back a second time if desired. Signing the (provisional) purchase contract at the real estate agent's office was lovely and cozy; the agent took all the time needed to explain the contract thoroughly while we enjoyed a cup of coffee with an apple pie.
