From the very beginning, Wendy exceeded all our expectations. She was very helpful and advised us in the best marketing strategy to sell our house. She also challenged us in our thinking when we proposed to do stuff "the wrong way" which we really appreciated. The features of her marketing package were excellent and unmatched by other agencies - she arranged a vlog video, drone flyover, 3D virtual tour and excellent photography. We had a direct line to Wendy via whatsapp before, during and after the sale and she was/is very responsive. She even remembered our birthday and sent us a sweet note - nice touch. Due to her personal approach and enthusiasm to get the best outcome possible, we felt that we were in the hands of a friend who we could trust. We are very happy with the end result and Wendy deserves full credit. Thank you.
