From the very beginning, Wendy exceeded all our expectations. She was very helpful and advised us on the best marketing strategy to sell our house. She also challenged us in our thinking when we proposed to do things 'the wrong way,' which we really appreciated. The features of her marketing package were excellent and unmatched by other agencies - she arranged a vlog video, drone flyover, 3D virtual tour, and excellent photography. We had direct access to Wendy via WhatsApp before, during, and after the sale, and she was/is very responsive. She even remembered our birthday and sent us a sweet note - nice touch. Due to her personal approach and enthusiasm to achieve the best possible outcome, we felt that we were in the hands of a friend whom we could trust. We are very happy with the end result, and Wendy deserves full credit. Thank you.

In the notorious overheated housing market of 2022 with absurdly high selling prices, Wendy assisted me in purchasing our home. Without her mediation, this would simply not have been possible.
