I am a tenant of this company at the Bert Haanstra Avenue. My neighbor is leaving her apartment, but the inspection to check her apartment before she leaves has been scheduled for a date when she will be abroad. She has been calling them for weeks to reschedule the appointment, but they keep saying that the responsible person is on vacation and that they cannot say whether or not the appointment can be rescheduled. They also told her that she would have to pay a fine of €150 if she does not show up at the appointment. She asked me to do this for her. I accepted, but unexpectedly something came up in my agenda on the same day that I cannot move, so I cannot replace her. I called and tried to get an answer, but the lady on the phone said again that the responsible person is on vacation and that she can't say anything. While I was still trying to understand when that person would be back, she hung up. She said: 'I can't do anything, goodbye,' without letting me finish. I hope to get a response about this rude and unprofessional behavior.
