I never write reviews, but this one was worth my time! The worst experience ever with them, the worst service - they treat their tenants very badly. We moved into a rental property a month ago that wasn't actually ready to move into; we found out later because KPN couldn't install the wifi due to a technical problem. I tried telling VDL this was THEIR problem and that we needed access to the building's technical room to fix it, as KPN had told me, but they were snobbish and didn't want to believe me or protect the keys to this room like I was lying or going to steal them? They then said they would call me back, which they said multiple times but never did. I sent them emails and got no response; I had to constantly chase them up. Their problem just became my problem, and after 5 appointments with KPN, I finally got a smart guy from KPN to help me fix it myself because you can't trust this worthless company, which is actually what their actions show.
