Very unprofessional and cold communication. After submitting a serious offer, we heard nothing for three days after the deadline. During this period, we ourselves contacted them and were explicitly assured that we would be called back — this did not happen. In the end, we received a standard email with the rejection, sent by an assistant, without any explanation or personal contact with the agent himself. No phone call, no explanation, no empathy. That an offer is not accepted is understandable, but this way of communicating — leaving people waiting, not keeping promises and handling everything through a cold standard email — I find disrespectful and unprofessional. This does not fit with what you can expect from a professional real estate agency.
