After a round of shopping to select the best fitting real estate agent, the choice fell without any doubt whatsoever on Bas from Vesta Makelaars. His preparation was perfect and he picked exactly the right arguments in our eyes to sell our house. He works together with a very good photographer and therefore the images to present our house fit perfectly with the way we experience the property. We find a sale with little time for viewings and in this price category quite special, but without Bas pointing out to us that we would be too emotionally involved in the sale, the switch was turned on and we gave Bas and Monique full freedom of action.
