Vesta was my selling agent. It was agreed that we would go for the highest bid. In the end, my apartment was sold above the asking price. Afterwards, I found out from the buyer that my agent had also become his agent for selling his house. This is not necessarily prohibited, but it raises the question in me whether my agent really did his best to get the highest price for me. After all, the buyer could have known the agent during the viewing..
