In September 2016, the real estate agent advised me to wait with the sale until there would be a framework of my new apartment and because the market was still attractive. I'm very happy that I did so. Only two viewing days and a deadline for submitting an offer were necessary. So no need every time to clean up and polish and the uncertainty you have in doing so. The house sold for a price that would not have been conceivable one and a half years ago. Also..
