Consult well, cautiously operating, ultimately the broker extracted the maximum given the asking price and "the negotiation game", and acted in my interest. With iron patience supporting me, a very unpleasant situation arose because the buyer did not get his affairs in order on time. Everything eventually worked out well. I wonder, generally speaking about buying/selling, whether better, less uncertain conditions can be set for the seller in the future, other procedures made, e.g., would "selling FROM" have been better? Now it was 'the buyer' who had me as a seller hanging by a thread. And 'the hassle' determined.
