Very bad experience with Vesta. Especially the valuation of B. I still have my doubts about whether he is a NVM appraiser. He looks in the cadastre at surrounding sold homes and immediately has his price ready. He does not look at individual aspects that can influence the value of homes. Without consultation, he immediately places his report on the NWWI site. Very lax, very customer-unfriendly and would NOT recommend anyone to do business with him. Just make sure you don't have to deal with him, because he'll twist you around his little finger.
