No good experience with this real estate agent. We engaged Vesta to assist us both in the sale of our home and in the purchase of a new home. After initial conversations and one unsuccessful bid on a house, contact with Vesta became less frequent until communication completely stopped. A property profile was supposed to be created for us with suitable houses, but this never got off the ground. We then, after a few weeks of radio silence, had to engage another real estate agent who successfully managed to help us move. Now, a year and a half later, an invoice for 500 euros in cancellation fees has been placed on our mat. Technically/legal correct but it feels like easy money, doesn't it? If you're looking for a real estate agent who can guide you from start to finish, keep looking.
