No good experience with this real estate agent. We engaged Vesta to assist us both in selling our home and purchasing a new one. After introductory meetings and one unsuccessful bid on a house, the contact with Vesta diminished until communication stopped completely. A property profile was supposed to be created for us with suitable homes, but this never materialized. We then felt compelled, after weeks of radio silence, to engage another real estate agent who successfully relocated us. Now, more than half a year later, we received an invoice for 500 euros in cancellation fees. Technically/legalistically correct perhaps, but it feels easy money, doesn't it? If you're looking for a real estate agent who can guide you from start to finish, look elsewhere.
