After a telephone contact, an appointment was possible on short notice and arranged accordingly. On the day of the appointment, the real estate agent had enough information to show me what the proceeds from the sale (approximately) could be based on market value and comparable properties in the region where my apartment is located. Two weeks later, professional photographs were taken by a photographer. Accessories were removed or given another place for the best possible outcome..
