After a round of shopping to select the best fitting real estate agent, the choice fell without any doubt whatsoever on Bas from Vesta Makelaars. His preparation was perfect and he picked exactly the right arguments in our eyes to sell our house. He works together with a very good photographer and therefore the images to present our house fit perfectly with the way we experience the property. Vesta was mijn verkopende makelaar. Afgesproken was dat wij voor de hoogste bieding zouden gaan. Uiteindelijk is mijn appartement boven de vraagprijs verkocht. Achteraf van de koper vernomen dat mijn makelaar ook zijn makelaar was geworden voor het verkopen van zijn huis. Dit zal niet verboden zijn, maar wekt bij mij wel de vraag op, heeft mijn makelaar echt 100% zijn best gedaan om voor mij de hoogste prijs te krijgen. Bewust gekozen voor een klein kantoor en met recht. Heel fijne mensen, goed bereikbaar en denken met je mee. Na een bezichtiging krijg je direct terugkoppeling en ze staan altijd klaar om je vragen te beantwoorden. Juist omdat het een klein kantoor is, weet je altijd met wie je praat. Die persoonlijke benadering maakt dit kantoor heel erg prettig.
