Friendliness first. The team's internal communication is excellent. Due to circumstances outside their control, there were several 'unexpected things' during our purchase and sale, and in this regard we were excellently supported. Bad news is clearly communicated and, if desired, explained in 'Jip en Janneke' language. No regrets about our choice for a small office: We were not an address, but simply Truus and Bep. And they are Bas, Walter and Monique!

Vesta was mijn verkopende makelaar. Afgesproken was dat wij voor de hoogste bieding zouden gaan. Uiteindelijk is mijn appartement boven de vraagprijs verkocht. Achteraf van de koper vernomen dat mijn makelaar ook zijn makelaar was geworden voor het verkopen van zijn huis. Dit zal niet verboden zijn, maar wekt bij mij wel de vraag op, heeft mijn makelaar echt 100% zijn best gedaan om voor mij de hoogste prijs te krijgen. De koper kan immers tijdens de schouwing de makelaar te ken…
