We chose Vesta Makelaars due to the positive experiences of our neighbors on our street and their local knowledge of the market and specifically our neighborhood. Walter is a friendly and driven real estate agent with a good team around him, making communication lines short. He provided useful tips beforehand to get our home ready for sale and always gave direct feedback after viewings. With a bit of help from the recovering housing market, our house was sold after 38 days (!)..

We had a pleasant cooperation during the sale of our home. This real estate office works with 3 agents, which means that each of them is informed about the developments. It was nice not having to explain everything all the time. However, the assistants who answered the phone calls sometimes had to hear the whole story again and could not answer my question or remark.
