The realtor worked for us as the selling agent. It took quite a long time before the house was sold, which sometimes led to impatient reactions from our side. But he did not back down, remained calm and had full confidence that the house would be sold within a reasonable timeframe. Afterward, he guided the sales process well. The way to the notary still lies ahead, but that will probably go well.
