Gaby van Woondroom is an incredibly vague and lazy real estate agent. Not only as a sales agent but also as a so-called purchase agent. We constantly had to chase after him, and he showed no initiative whatsoever. He does not work proactively and is not creative in coming up with new texts or photos. Furthermore, he lacks communication skills and makes numerous typing errors in important documents. He repeatedly asks the same questions via WhatsApp. Therefore, we experienced a lot of unnecessary stress. Moreover, he did not follow protocols and does not address communication issues when there are obvious misunderstandings. And then proceeds to settle an uncontested account with the notary behind your back.
