Dream Home (Gaby and her team) knows the local market better than anyone else. Gaby is clear and straightforward in communication and keeps to appointments. Determining the right selling price remains challenging, but Gaby convincingly advised me on the approach. With a 'trust the process' attitude during the interim period, we eventually achieved a very good price (within 3 weeks of going online). Even after the sale, up until the final inspection, Dream Home handled everything adequately. Thank you so much! In short, highly recommended.
